The 3rd International Conference on International Chinese Education under the Belt and Road Initiative
（該會議被納入世界漢語教學(xué)學(xué)會“2020年全球中文教育主題學(xué)術(shù)活動資助計劃”）
“‘一帶一路’背景下的漢語國際教育”國際研討會已在上海大學(xué)成功召開兩屆。新形勢下，漢語國際教育如何為“一帶一路”服務(wù)，如何發(fā)揮其在人類命運共同體構(gòu)建中的作用，如何促進(jìn)“一帶一路”沿線國家國際中文教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展，中文教學(xué)如何為當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展服務(wù)等關(guān)鍵問題亟待回答。在此背景下，第三屆“‘一帶一路’背景下的漢語國際教育”國際學(xué)術(shù)研討會將于2021年6月18-20日在上海大學(xué)舉行，現(xiàn)將相關(guān)事宜通知如下：

會議主題：漢語國際教育服務(wù)“一帶一路”的新形勢、新問題、新方案
會議包括但不限于以下議題：
（一）學(xué)科建設(shè)與教學(xué)
1.“一帶一路”沿線國家中文教學(xué)研究；
2.漢語國際教育專業(yè)建設(shè)與發(fā)展研究；
3.國際中文教育發(fā)展的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)；
（二）學(xué)生與教師發(fā)展
1.漢語國際教育專業(yè)學(xué)生發(fā)展的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)；
2.漢語國際教育教師發(fā)展的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)；
3.國際中文教育本土師資培養(yǎng)及培訓(xùn)研究；
（三）文化交流與孔院建設(shè)
1.孔子學(xué)院中文教育現(xiàn)狀與對策研究；
2.孔子學(xué)院的文化傳播功能研究；
3.“一帶一路”背景下漢語傳播與跨文化交際研究。

會議語言及參會者
會議語言為中英雙語，熱忱歡迎“一帶一路”國家漢語教育的教學(xué)、漢語國際教育專業(yè)建設(shè)、國際中文教育事業(yè)等領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)專家學(xué)者、教師及學(xué)生踴躍參會。
此外，會議還專設(shè)“微課教學(xué)專題研討工作坊”、“來華留學(xué)生招生、管理工作坊”，工作坊具體安排另行發(fā)布。

論文要求
1. 論文評審
為了提高學(xué)術(shù)質(zhì)量，本屆會議設(shè)立論文審核制度，敬請有意參會的學(xué)者按照會議規(guī)定時間提交論文全文或詳細(xì)摘要，會務(wù)組將組織評委會匿名評審，對通過的論文摘要或全文，發(fā)放會議邀請。會議將出版論文集，會議論文將擇優(yōu)選入。
2. 摘要與論文要求、提交方式
會議論文為中英雙語，請?zhí)峤徽撐恼蛉牡碾娮影妗?biāo)題請用三號宋體，正文用五號宋體，作者姓名為五號宋體并置于標(biāo)題下方居中。論文全文10,000字以內(nèi)，詳細(xì)摘要800字以內(nèi)。文末請注明作者所在單位、詳細(xì)通訊地址、郵編、聯(lián)系方式、電子郵箱。另外，不愿意論文入選論文集者請在標(biāo)題后注明。

會議費用
本屆會議會務(wù)費1000元/人；在讀學(xué)生憑證減半。往返交通、食宿等費用自理。如需會務(wù)費發(fā)票，請按時間截點將發(fā)票抬頭告知會務(wù)組。

Scholars, researchers, teachers and students in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages, Subject of International Chinese Education etc., and those who are interested in the related topics.
Language
The official language of the conference is Chinese and English.
Paper Submission
Please submit the registration information (as attached below) and the entire paper or abstract according to the schedule (important dates as follows). Papers submitted would be anonymously reviewed by an academic committee, and the approved papers will be collected into the conference proceedings. Please indicate in the Registration Form if you do not want your paper to be collected into the proceedings.
